Configure Form Space Pages

Manager comes with a range of pre-configured HTML pages that can be displayed to end users as they are or with a minor text editing to customize them to better suit individual needs. Only the HTML elements of these generic pages can be configured. The page behavior and response can’t be changed. These pages are configured in form spaces.

To configure a page:

  1. Select Forms > Form Spaces.
  2. Locate a form space and click Edit.
  3. Select the Pages tab.
  4. Find the page that you want to edit and then click Edit.
  5. Edit the HTML page content. Update the Page View URL Params value to change the URL to this page.
  6. Note

    To configure a pages, ensure that the Content Editable checkbox is selected.

  7. Click Save to update the changes.
  8. Click View to check how the updated page looks. A new version of the page is created each time the page is edited and saved.

To view the history of the page, click the Page History tab.

Click Restore to cancel the latest changes and restore the page content to its base content.

Click the Restore Base Content icon to restore the selected version’s content and apply it as the base page content.
