MaestroPreviously known as Transact Maestro. | Form Builder | v5.1 & Higher This feature is related to v5.1 and higher.
To create a new Maestro form, follow these steps:
You should always select the custom template created for your business. You should never use the built-in templates to create forms. These built-in templates should only be used by Template Designers, to create new templates. If you do not see a custom template available in the dropdown list, speak to your Template Designer before creating your form.
If the form does not open after you click Create, you should check your pop-up blocker settings. When you first open a form (or other asset) from Maestro, you need to allow the pop-up.
Once you have created your form, you can add components to it, then save your form and test it to ensure it meets your requirements. If your form doesn't behave the way you expect it to, you will need to find any problems and fix them. For some tips to help you find problems in your form, see Debugging Maestro Forms with Chrome DevTools.
