Update a TM Form Version

   MaestroPreviously known as Transact Maestro.  |   Form Builder |  5.1 & Higher This feature is related to 5.1 and higher.

You may want to update a Maestro form after it has been deployed to Journey Manager or migrate it to a new Journey Manager environment. This is to accommodate customer feedback or follow continuous improvement processes within your company.

To update a TM Form Version:

  1. Open a form in the Maestro editor and edit it as required.
  2. Build a TM Form Version.
  3. Log in to the Manager server where you originally uploaded the TM Form Version ZIP file.
  4. Select Forms > Forms and find the form that you want to update, which is the form that you just updated in Maestro.
  5. Open the form, select a form version and click Update Design from Maestro to automatically update it form the Maestro server.
Note for on-premise and Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) Manager installations

If the VPC is not managed by Temenos, in order for the updating process to function correctly, the Manager environment needs to send an outbound request over HTTPS to a Maestrohost (for example, maestro.avoka.com.au). For this reason, it is recommended that before you attempt any update of a form version using Maestro, you first check your firewall rules and ensure that they allow this outbound request.
