Migrate a Maestro Form to Journey Manager

MaestroPreviously known as Transact Maestro. Journey Manager (JM) Previously known as Transact Manager (TM). |    Form Builder System Manager / DevOps |  v5.1 & Higher This feature is related to v5.1 and higher.

Across the Journey platform, forms are created in Maestro. First, you create a Maestro form and components. Then you build a form version of the form and migrate it to Manager. You continue to configure the form there to customize it and add extra functionality, especially ones relating to the back-end, such as delivery channels, receipts and data retention.

To migrate a Maestro form to Manager:

  1. Build the form version
  2. Import the form version

Once a form has been migrated, you can update it in Maestro, so these updates will be reflected in Manager.

The initial release of Maestro was generally available in August 2016, along with Manager 5.0, which is the first fully supported version of Manager. Publishing forms to any version prior to Manager version 5.0 is not supported. Many features may work but troubleshooting and support will not be provided for Manager versions prior to 5.0.
