Abandon a Transaction

Journey Manager (JM) Previously known as Transact Manager (TM).  |    System Manager / DevOps  |  v5.1 & Higher This feature is related to v5.1 and higher.

Manager allows an administrator to abandon a transaction manually. Only transactions with a Form Status as Opened, Saved, or Submitted can be abandoned manually. You can use this functionality to prevent a user from accessing a certain transaction.

To abandon a transaction:

  1. Select Operations > Form Transactions or Operations > Saved Transactions or Forms > Form, locate a form and click ID in the Latest Transactions section.
  2. Locate a transaction and click View.
  3. Click the Transaction Status tab as shown below.
  4. Select Abandoned from the Form Status dropdown list.
  5. Click Save to update the changes. The transaction is moved to the abandon transactions.

Next, learn how to view saved transactions.
