View Form Submission Data

   Journey Manager (JM) Previously known as Transact Manager (TM).  |    System Manager / DevOps  |  v5.1 & Higher This feature is related to v5.1 and higher.

Manager allows you to view form submission data extracts, which you can use to review the extracted data for multiple submissions.

Note

Data extracts are purged frequently and may not be available by the time you perform a search.

To view form submission data, select Operations > Form Submission Data.

To search the form submission data by one or more criteria, specify the following settings and click Search:

  • Form
  • Version of a form.
  • Form Status: Saved, Submitted, Completed, and Abandoned.
  • Active Only
  • Start Date and End Date

Click Clear to reset the search criteria.

Click ID or View Submission Details to see the transaction details with data extract information.

Click View PDF Receipt to view the form as in PDF format.

Click Export Data to export the displayed data as a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file.
