Attachments

   Journey Manager (JM) Previously known as Transact Manager (TM).  |    System Manager / DevOps  |  5.1 & Higher This feature is related to 5.1 and higher.

Manager allows you to view form's attachments, if any, after a form user submits the form. You can use this information to check and ensure that attachments are appropriate for the form.

To view submitted attachments associated with a transaction:

  1. Select Operations > Form Transactions.
  2. Locate a transaction and click View.
  3. Select the Attachments tab.
  4. View all form attachments

  5. Check the Required Attachments section that shows the following information of all attachments required to successfully submit the form:
    • Attachment name
    • Whether it is required or not
    • Max number of attachments
    • Max size of attachments
    • File types of attachments
    • Submit method used
    • Doc Type
  6. Check the Form Attachments section that shows the following information of all required and additional attachments that have been submitted with the form:
    • ID of the attachment
    • Attachment name
    • Type of the attachment action
    • File name of the attachment
    • File size of the attachment
    • How the attachment is submitted, for example Electronically.
    • Time the document is attached to the form
    • User browser description
    • Virus check of the attachment status, such as Clean.
    • Delivery status
    • Whether it is delivered or not
    • File data hash (SHA-256) uniquely identifying the attachment
  7. Click Download File or a file name link to download the attachment on your local PC.
    Note

    You must be a Manager administrator to be able to download the form attachments.

  8. Click Close.
