View Submitted Transaction and Attachments

Manager allows you to view a form and its attachments after it was submitted by a form user. This information is useful to ensure that attachments are appropriate for what the form requires.

To view submitted attachments associated with a transaction:

  1. Select Operations > Form Transactions.
  2. Locate a transaction and click View.
  3. Select the Attachments tab.
  4. Check the Required Attachments that identifies all the attachments that are required to successfully submit the form.
  5. Check the Form Attachments that identifies every attachment that has been submitted with the form. These attachments include both required and additional attachments.

A Manager administrator can download attachments from this page.
