Configure an Organization

Manager allows you to create new and configure existing organizations.

To configure an organization:

  1. Select Forms > Organizations.
  2. Locate an organization and click Edit.
  3. Manager create an organization window.

  4. Update the organization name in the Name field. For more information, see how to create an organization.
  5. Update a unique and abbreviated organization name in the Client Code field.
  6. Change the organization status.
  7. Assign spaces that will host this organization’s forms. For Maestro Manager ALL organizations MUST have "Web Plug-In" assigned in order for the Pull From Maestro button to work in their Client Manager Instance.
  8. Create delivery channels that will be available to this organization and its forms and form versions.

  9. Configure the payment gateway for the payment details required for any form within this organization to enable credit card payments.
  10. Configure organization properties for customizing a broad range of features, such as emails.
  11. Configure organization reference data for storing reference data that can be used by any form within this organization.  |  17.10 This feature was introduced in 17.10..
  12. Configure form categories for the ability to filter forms by categories within form spaces.
  13. Configure applications for grouping organization specific services to facilitate their migration between Manager servers.
  14. Configure this organization report schedules.  |  Removed in 19.05This feature was removed in 19.05.
  15. Configure this organization data management.
  16. Configure security for general settings relating to form rendering.
