A Journey Champion/System Owner is a client resource that recognizes the value of the Temenos Journey Platform and already has a relationship with our sales team. They understand the business requirements and can, at a high-level, map the requirements to capabilities of the Journey platform. This may be a technical or non-technical resource. Their job is to support the Temenos team in the presales phase as well as other divisions and decision makers.

Prerequisite Skillset of a Journey Champion/System Owner

  • Ability to describe use-cases for the Journey platform.
  • Ability to describe – at a high-level - the value proposition of the Journey platform.
  • Able to describe – at a high-level - the technologies used in the Journey platform.
  • Accesses to decision makers.
  • Effective communication or a thought leader for technology in the company.

  • Successful implementation of a Journey solution.
  • Introduce the benefits of the platform to other members of the company.
