Implementation / Project Manager
A JourneyImplementation/Project Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of an Temenos Journey Platform custom application. They manage the budget, resources, relationships and set up clients for long-term success. In addition to working with the client, they work closely with solution architects and coordinate the IT and infrastructure teams, brand designers, integration specialists, and developers to ensure that the defined business requirements match the functionality of the application.
Example tasks of a JourneyImplementation/Project Manager include:
Drive the development work ensuring all resources are available, communication lines are clear, and timeframes are communicated and agreed upon.
Communicate with all stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Manage risks and issues of the project, including issues associated with loading a new transaction into the system.
Prerequisite Skillset of a JourneyImplementation/Project Manager
Experience in a customer-facing technical project management persona with proven ability to deliver on time and on budget.
