A Journey Template Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining templates in Journey Maestro. A template is the foundation of a form. It defines the form look-and-feel as well as components, which is based on requirements provided by a client. The template also dictates what elements can be accessed and modified by a Form Builder.
The Template Designer creates an initial template based on discussions with the client’s UXUser experience (UX) design is the process of creating products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users. However, some specific content may be added to a template. Such content is considered template content and is used across most, if not all, forms based on the template.
