Journey Maestro System Requirements

   MaestroPreviously known as Transact Maestro.

Journey Maestro is web-based design tool for creating HTML applications which are hosted on Journey Manager.

Note

To deploy a Maestro form, Journey Manager v5.0 or higher is required.

We support the following configurations:

Cloud

Available as an AmazonAmazon Web Services (AWS) is a comprehensive, evolving cloud computing platform provided by Amazon. It provides a mix of infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS) and packaged software as a service (SaaS) offerings. hosted service, currently provided in the AWS regions US West (Oregon), EU (Ireland) and Asia Pacific (Sydney).

Browser

  • Google Chrome - current version. This is the recommended browser.
  • Mozilla Firefox - current version.

Recommended Hardware

  • Operating System: Microsoft supported Windows 7 or Windows 10 versions, and Apple supported macOS versions
  • RAM: 8GB
  • CPU: Intel Core i5 or above
  • Screen size: 1920 x 1080 or larger. This is not a hard requirement, however, the greater the screen size the better it is to design pages in Maestro tool
  • Disk space: 10GB
