Attachment Virus Scanning Service

To avoid users attaching malicious or infected files to their applications, Manager offers several antivirus services. If a antivirus scanning service is configured, Manager uses it to check each attached file for viruses. These attachments will only be delivered once they have been scanned and marked as free of viruses or malicious software. If an attachment contains a virus, it is automatically deleted and the form user, who uploaded the attachment, will be notified via email.

Manager provides the following preconfigured virus scanning services, so you can choose one depending on Virus Scanning Enginesis Antivirus software, or anti-virus software (AV software), also known as anti-malware, is a computer program used to prevent, detect, and remove malware.:


You must configure at least one virus scanning service in Manager so it can perform regular virus scanning activities.
