Create a Service

   Journey Manager (JM) Previously known as Transact Manager (TM).  |    System Manager / DevOps  |  v5.1 & Higher This feature is related to v5.1 and higher.

Manager allows you to create new services. You can use this functionality to implement new customer requirements.

To create a new service:

  1. Select Services > All Services.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select a service type from the Service Type dropdown list to filter the types of Service Template to create your service from. Each service type may have multiple templates.
  4. Select a service template from the Service Template dropdown list to create your service from.
  5. Give the new service a globally unique name in the New Name field, which automatically generated based on the selected template.
  6. Edit a new version number in the Version Number field.
  7. Select an organization from the Organization dropdown list so the service can be associated only with forms and other entities belonging to that organization. If you do not select an organization, the service will be globally available.
  8. Note

    You must be a Journey Manager administrator to create of configure this functionality.

  9. Click Save to update the changes.
  10. Configure the service.
