View the Email Queue

   Journey Manager (JM) Previously known as Transact Manager (TM).  |    System Manager / DevOps  |  v5.1 & Higher This feature is related to v5.1 and higher.

Manager provides the email queue to send outgoing emails.

To view the list of all emails that has been sent, select System > Email Queue.

To filter or search the email queue by one or more criteria, specify the following settings and click Search:

  • A part of the email, for example an email address.
  • Status – select from the following list: Not Ready, Ready, Completed, Error, Max Retries Exceeded or Purged.
  • Portal – select a form space.
  • Start Date
  • End Date

Click Clear to reset the search criteria.

You can also perform the following actions:

Click Export Data to export the displayed data as a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file.
