Transactions Overview

Journey Manager (JM) Previously known as Transact Manager (TM).  |    System Manager / DevOps  |  v5.1 & Higher This feature is related to v5.1 and higher.

A transaction is an integral part of Journey Manager, which represents a user interaction with a form

Manager distinguishes between the following transaction types:

  • Internal transactions associated with business users.
  • External transactions associated with customers and applicants.

A transaction created as a result of a user submitting a form is referred to as a submission.

Transactions follow their life cycles. Submission life cycle is the most important one. It covers user navigation through a form and therefore very important for designing a form with ideal customer journey.
