Configure a User Profile

   Journey Manager (JM) Previously known as Transact Manager (TM).  |    System Manager / DevOps  |  v5.1 & Higher This feature is related to v5.1 and higher.

Manager allows you to configure and update the user profile of a user account.

To configure a user profile:

  1. Select Security > User Accounts.
  2. Locate a user account and click Edit.
  3. Click the User Profiles tab to see all user profiles for this user account. The current user profile is selected in the Current Profile column, so it is used as the default user profile for form prefill.
  4. Click Edit to update the profile.
  5. Click Remove to delete the profile.
  6. Click Set as default profile to set the profile as default, when there are more than one user profile for this user account.
