View User Accounts

Manager allows you to view the list of available user accounts.

To view a list of user accounts, select Security > User Accounts.

User accounts are shown page by page, with the maximum number of records per page configured via the user's preferences.

To filter or search the user accounts by one or more criteria, specify the following settings and click Search:

  • User account's name or part of a name.
  • Status
  • A user account status can be one of the following:

    • Active
    • Inactive
    • Locked
    • Locked Temporarily
    • Pending
    • Rejected
  • Space
  • User Type
  • A user account types can be one of the following:

    • Local
    • LDAP
    • SSO
  • Organization

Click Clear to reset the search criteria.


A check mark against a user in the Admin column means the user has access to the Transact Manager form space.

You can also perform the following actions:

Click Export Data to export the displayed data as a Microsoft Excel (XLS) file.
